Peapack-Gladstone Egg Hunt

Despite a slight "turn" of events for Meredith Lawrence (happy to report it was a twisted knee, so no cuts or breaks), the egg hunt was a fun mid-day diversion for our town. I wish I had better pictures - so please post your pictures here! Happy Easter.

One more photo....

I was going to put a portion of the video up on the blog, but there is a notice not to upload any infringing or obscene material, so I better not.

Infusino Party

So I am annoyed I can't figure out how to rotate the pictures of Luke and Cort. Sorry. Hope you enjoy these pictures from the party last week. We were glad you could all come and big thanks to DJ Santoro for bringing the Karaoke to the party. I feel terrible because I wasn't a very good hostess. I got too drunk at my own party, which, I never thought I'd do. I didn't make sure you all had dessert, coffee or tea, so I hope you did. I was too too busy having a blast and singing, which I had no business doing. NO more solo or duets for me. I will stick to group sing-alongs.

What's Your Beef?

So our freezer is now filled with our local meat purchase.

Since it was the focus of many of my recent conversations, I thought I'd let you all see for yourselves how much meat a 1/4 of a cow is. Keep in mind, this freezer is just taller than I am and I'm no shortcake. Everything that you see is from the cow except for the large wad on the lowest shelf (that's the ham left from our pig). The bottom basket is filled to the gills with roasts. The top and 3rd shelves are ground beef and a few small pkgs of beef cubes, and the second self down is steaks. That's the my beef. What's yours?
