That's tough to do when the end of the Old Chester Rd. sidewalk/storm drain project is in sight. The final stretches of curbing and landscaping are in progress and hopefully the road will be milled and paved smoothly over.

okay, so they needed 2 days to build rome. it took these dildoes 3 months to build half a mile of sidewalk.
do i hear government contract?
i think you hear low bidder--working with municipalities is brutal. and there's a lot more there than a new sidewalk--maybe that area won't turn into the river wild the next hard rain.
